    Sublet the entire job to a transmission specialist or if its an older model we do it in house. Many transmission shops will cut you a deal and allow some leeway to make a little bit of money on the job

    We had the same problem and we switched to Advance Auto Parts.

    Delivery time now 20 mins as opposed to 1-2 hours. We don’t use them for everything but time is money and with labor at $1.15 a min we save at least $46 (bay time) just by using Advance as opposed to NAPA !
