Posted by david Graber on January 3, 2011 at 2:03 amhas anybody come up with a letter that they are sending to pass customers to try to get them to come back? i have sent letters but have no luck. maybe its how iam writing my letters. can anybody give me any ideals?

We sent out letters with coupns to get them back in the door. Got about 50% return on it.

we have tryed that before a few years back. may have to try it again but with a different aproach.

Instead of a letter, give them a call at home during the evening. A personal call from the owner has far greater impact than any mailer. Before you do it, take some time to plan what you are going to say. Make it personal.
