Appointment taker training
Posted by Bob Waeiss on February 6, 2018 at 7:23 pmWe have a new front desk person that is helping us with marketing and social media presence. However she needs some help learning basic automotive systems, to be better able to ask logical questions when taking appointments. ASE has an online training module that might work. I’m going to dig in on this site some more. Any other suggestions?

Howstuffworks.com is perfect for this. I searched “brakes” and here is the result:

Invest in ASE’s C1 Service Consultant study guide and have her study it. Who knows? She might become ASE certified if she takes the test.

Bob,
I highly recommend using NAPA Service Assistant or Carquest’s http://www.virtualvehiclemd.com as resources for your front desk person.
I hope this helps.

Hello All,
Does anybody utilize a 3rd party for appointments? I would love to know.
