  2025 or 1975?

  It’s amazing how many shop owners today are still primarily focused on fixing cars instead of fixing their shop. Many won’t survive, but some will continue on with business always being a struggle and never getting ahead.

  If you want to get past the struggle, you need to hire people to 100% take care of fixing the cars. If you enjoy working on cars, do that at home.

  Result? Happier customers. Happier employees. Happier you. Less stress. More money. Maybe a LOT more money.
